All our products are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will display colors or details with perfect accuracy.
Orders are confirmed only once full payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing error.
All prices are in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes (unless otherwise stated).

We ship to : France, Belgium, UK.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.
Personalized or custom items cannot be returned.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.Refunds are made to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All content on this website, including logos, photos, and designs, belongs to Papillon company. Reproduction or use without permission is strictly prohibited.
We only collect the personal data necessary to process your orders (such as your name, address, and email). Your information is never shared with third parties, except when required to fulfill your order (e.g. delivery services) or by law.
